Each team will consist of four golfers.  Only one entry form can be submitted per team that includes golfer information and total team entry fee.  If you do not have a complete four man team, you will be matched  with golfers on a best effort basis.  Each team needs to also identify a Captain.  A team may consist of more than four players however only four will be allowed to play each week.  The additional players will be required to pay the $90 league substitute fee.
